Elizabeth Linares Montero

French Horn

Elizabeth is a Venezuelan horn player whose musical foundation was built through Venezuela's renowned "El Sistema" program. She currently serves as a LA Phil Resident Fellow, bringing her international experience and artistry to one of the world's leading orchestras.

Elizabeth has performed under the baton of some of the most distinguished conductors in the world, including Sir Simon Rattle, Gustavo Dudamel, and Esa-Pekka Salonen. Her orchestral career spans ensembles across the United States and Germany, including the San Diego Symphony, Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Pacific Symphony, Badische Staatskapelle Karlsruhe, Deutsche Staatsphilharmonie Rheinland-Pfalz, and the Los Angeles Philharmonic.

She has collaborated with acclaimed musicians including Noah Bendix-Balgley, She-e Wu, Clive Greensmith, and Andrew Bain.
